Key Features of “Annual Maintenance Contracts”
1. Preventive Maintenance services once in a two month in predetermined interval.
2. Equipment operational training during PMS Service.
3. Follow up with original equipment manufacturer on behalf of customer to restore the breakdown system which are already in contract for AMC/CMC/Warranty.
4. Calibration of equipment twice in a year of those medical equipment which required calibration. Separate cost for calibration.
5. On call basis we will attended the breakdown call. Breakdown spare, labor etc. cost we will charge separately.
6. We will provide 24 X 7 X 365 days service to the customer.
7. Separate cost we will provide for accessories and consumables.
