Key Features of “Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts”

1. As per the requirement, we will provide engineers for the hospital.

2. Equipment Operational training during PMS Service.

3. Preventive Maintenance services once in a two month in predetermined intervals.

4. Follow up with the original equipment manufacturer on behalf of a customer to restore the breakdown system which is already in contract for AMC/CMC/Warranty.

5. Calibration of equipment twice in a year of those medical equipment which required calibration. We will not charge separate cost for the calibration.

6. We will provide service from identification of problem up to restore the system.

7. We will provide 24 X 7 X 365 days service to the customer.

8. Separate cost we will provide for accessories and consumables.
